Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At A.B. Styles & Extension Co., your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because of this, I kindly ask that all appointment cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
* Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation/no-show fee.
* Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will also be charged the $50 no-show fee.
* This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and I always try to be understanding when they do. If something comes up, please let me know as soon as possible. The earlier I’m notified, the better chance I have to offer your appointment to another client who may be waiting for an opening.
